Our approach

Good work starts with a clear direction.

A clearer brand, a better website, or both. We start by understanding your business and what you want to change, then shape the project around it.

For businesses ready for a brand that feels right and works harder. We help you work out what to keep, what needs to change, and how to bring it all together.

Your website should make it easy to understand what you do and take the next step. We plan, design and build websites in Webflow, working with your existing brand or a new identity we create together.

You’ll work directly with Drew, from the first conversation through to the finished work.

SHIFT

Five stages to work out what matters, shape the identity and give you the tools to use it.

  1. 01SeeSee the business clearlyWhere the business is, where it is going and why the brand needs to change.

Before any creative decisions, we build a shared picture of the real problem the brand needs to solve.

    What happens

    • Founder and stakeholder discovery
    • Audience, competitor and category review
    • Existing brand and touchpoint audit

    Your part

Complete the discovery questionnaire, join the first workshop and share the materials we need.

    The outcome

A short project brief setting out the challenge, audience and priorities.

  2. We turn what we have learnt into the strategic foundation every creative decision is measured against.

    What happens

    • Define the positioning and point of difference
    • Clarify the audience, proposition and personality
    • Establish the core story and messaging direction

    Your part

Test the thinking with us and confirm it feels true to the business.

    The outcome

    An approved brand strategy.

  3. We explore how the strategy could look, feel and behave before committing to a full identity.

    What happens

    • Develop creative territories and visual references
    • Explore typography, colour, imagery and motion
    • Present and refine the recommended direction

    Your part

Review the directions in context and help choose the one that fits where the business is heading.

    The outcome

    An approved creative direction.

  4. We develop the chosen direction into a flexible system, so every element works together and stays recognisable wherever the brand appears.

    What happens

    • Develop the logo, typography and colour system
    • Establish layout, imagery, graphic and motion principles
    • Apply the identity to the agreed priority touchpoints

    Your part

Give focused feedback at the agreed presentations and confirm the system works day to day.

    The outcome

An approved identity system, ready to roll out.

  5. We turn the approved identity into the tools and guidance your team needs to use it well.

    What happens

    • Prepare brand guidelines and final asset files
    • Complete the agreed templates and launch applications
    • Provide handover, training and rollout support

    Your part

Do the final checks, decide who looks after the brand internally and join the handover.

    The outcome

A launch-ready brand toolkit your team can carry forward.

BUILT

From the first brief to launch and handover, we work through the structure, content, design and build in a clear order.

  1. We start with what the site needs to achieve and who it is for, then agree a scope to match.

    What happens

    • Review the current website, audiences and business goals
    • Establish the required content, functionality and technical dependencies
    • Agree priorities and who is responsible for supplying content and approvals

    Your part

Share your existing materials and tell us what is working and what is getting in the way.

    The outcome

A focused website brief and an agreed scope.

  2. We map the pages, journeys and content hierarchy before any design work begins.

    What happens

    • Develop the sitemap and key user journeys
    • Plan the content hierarchy and reusable page types
    • Create wireframes for the key layouts where needed

    Your part

Review the structure and confirm what visitors need to know.

    The outcome

An approved plan for the pages, content and navigation.

  3. We design how the site looks and behaves, so it feels like the business and is easy to use.

    What happens

    • Design the key page layouts and responsive behaviour
    • Establish reusable interface components
    • Develop interaction and motion ideas that support the experience

    Your part

Give consolidated feedback and approve the design direction and agreed layouts.

    The outcome

An approved website design, ready for development.

  4. We build the approved design in Webflow with the agreed CMS and integrations, test it across devices, check accessibility and SEO foundations, then take it live.

    What happens

    • Build responsive pages and reusable components in Webflow
    • Configure the CMS, populate the scoped content and implement the agreed forms, integrations and interactions
    • Test key journeys, responsive layouts and accessibility, complete the SEO foundations and migration checks, then launch

    Your part

Supply the approved content and any access we need, then review and approve the launch.

    The outcome

A tested website, live and working as planned.

  5. We show your team how to manage the site in Webflow and agree what support, if any, comes next.

    What happens

    • Handover session walking through the CMS and how to make changes
    • Guidance notes for keeping content, layouts and SEO consistent
    • Agree any ongoing support the website will need

    Your part

Nominate who will manage the website and join the handover session.

    The outcome

A team that can update the site, with support agreed if you want it.
